How the transcription quota works.
Usage is recorded in seconds and shown as hours and minutes. Team and Business members use the same workspace quota.
Before transcription
Remaining quota is checked before audio transcription starts.
After processing
Successfully processed duration counts toward usage in the active period. Failed jobs do not permanently consume usage.
When the limit is reached
New transcriptions are paused. Existing meetings, transcripts, and results remain available based on access and the plan history limit.

Does the Team price cover the whole workspace?
Yes. The Team price covers one workspace with the seat capacity and transcription quota listed above, not a per member price.
Does each Team member get their own quota?
No. All members use one workspace transcription pool. One member's usage reduces the shared remaining time.
How is the quota calculated?
Free includes 15 meetings with native captions and 5 AI summaries per month. Paid plans use transcription seconds within the active billing period.
What is the difference between Free and paid transcripts?
Free uses the captions from the meeting itself, so accuracy follows the captions shown in the meeting and names or technical terms are sometimes misspelled. Paid plans use the YOTEXT transcription engine on the meeting audio, with higher accuracy and speaker separation.
What happens when the quota runs out?
New meetings or transcriptions are paused according to plan limits. Existing meeting results stay available based on access and history limits.
Do I need to install the extension to try it?
The extension is used to record Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams in a desktop browser. You can also sign in to the app to see the workspace and available usage options.
