How to install

Add YOTEXT to Chrome
Open the YOTEXT page on the Chrome Web Store, then click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation.

Pin and sign in
Click the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar, pin YOTEXT so it is easy to find, open the panel, then sign in with Google.

Open your next meeting
Open a supported Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting, then start using YOTEXT from the extension panel while the meeting runs.

Automatic updates

If YOTEXT is installed from the Chrome Web Store, Chrome installs extension updates automatically. You do not need to download or reinstall anything.

Click the YOTEXT icon in the toolbar, open the panel, then sign in with Google.

When participants are ready, choose Start recording and share the meeting tab in the Chrome dialog.

Finish the recording from the panel. Open the results in the app once processing is done.
