YOTEXT

The meeting happens.
The context stays.

Use the YOTEXT extension while Google Meet is running, then open the results in the app. You stay in control of when recording starts and ends.

Install extension

Three steps during a meeting.

Recording with the extension currently targets desktop browsers. If you are on your phone, save this guide and continue on a computer.

  1. 01

    Prepare the meeting

Open Google Meet in a desktop browser. Install the YOTEXT extension and sign in with the same Google account you use in the app.

  2. 02

    Start when ready

Open the YOTEXT panel, choose Start recording, then allow Chrome to share the meeting tab. Make sure participants know the meeting is being recorded.

  3. 03

    Finish and review

End the recording from the panel. YOTEXT sends it for processing; you can open the transcript and summary from the app.

After the tab closes, the work keeps moving.

Meeting results live in the app, not left behind in a browser panel.
